What is the ProKeyper Concept?

We manage your home on any internet rental platform for short term rentals.  We increase your sales with our know-how and create a great foundation for your home to provide you a second income.

We provide different packages for you to choose from depending on your needs.  If you are new to posting your property then we can set you up to go, advising you on the interior, getting an accurate description and great photos and posting and synching your calendars on all the sites you want.  We can manage the inquiries and coordinate with your cleaning person to ensure a smooth checkin process.  If you don’t have your own go-to person then we can organise the cleaning and check-in and check-out processes.

Our services are designed to help you to succeed based on your specific needs.  We are passionate about our work because we are good at it and have proven results.  Try out any of our formulas or contact us with your specific needs and we get hosting!

How do ProKepyer get paid?

We have a variety of being paid.  For the initial setup on a number of sites, including interior advice, one through deep cleanse and photographs we offer a one off fixed price that can be paid upon signing the contract.  It usually varies between 500 and 1500 Euros depending on the size of the property, though do ask for an estimate before committing.

For long term management fees we charge between 10-20% and this can be taken directly from each booking or charged to you at the end of each monthly cycle.  Through certain sites such as AirBNB you can simply add us as a manager who receives the percentage you select.  For others it can be more complicated and we will thoroughly explain it while putting the contract into place.
